By accessing and using the Stratix Data platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You retain full ownership of data you upload to the Service. Stratix Data does not claim ownership of your data but retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement and analytics purposes. You maintain complete access control over your organizational data.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Stratix Data, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Stratix Data, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Stratix Data has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Stratix Data makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratix Data and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Stratix Data may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stratix Data operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
